I am a Licensed Massage Practitioner in the state of Washington (WA LMP #7511), and have been in practice, doing CranioSacral Therapy, since 1994. I am certified in CranioSacral Therapy at the Diplomate level (CST-D) through the Upledger Institute. I am also certified to teach a wide variety of CranioSacral Therapy courses with the Upledger Institute, and am currently concentrating on developing and teaching upper level courses on working with the immune system. Originally, however, my background is in science. I have a Ph.D. in Physics from Rice University. I first discovered CranioSacral Therapy when dealing with some health challenges of my own. It was so effective and intrigued me so much, that I wanted to learn more about it, and this started me on the path to where I am today.

A primary focus of my practice is working intensely with clients who wish to discover and explore the patterns that underlie their symptoms, rather than simply trying to make those symptoms go away. The principal treatment modalities that I employ are CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and Lymph Drainage.
